Mentoring Program
The Oregon Association of Municipal Recorders (OAMR) mentoring program is a valuable resource designed to support new members as they begin their careers. By connecting them with experienced professionals, the program helps build confidence, expand knowledge, and create lasting professional relationships. Mentors offer guidance, answer questions, and introduce mentees to others in the field, making it easier to navigate the responsibilities of the role. These connections not only strengthen individual growth but also help build a stronger, more connected Association. ~ The Mentoring Committee
