OAMR Annual Conference Sponsorship Opportunity - 2026

The Oregon Association of Municipal Recorders (OAMR) is currently seeking Sponsors for the 44th Annual Conference and would be honored to have you as a conference sponsor. This year’s conference will be on September 21-25, 2026, in Lincoln City, Oregon at Chinook Winds Resort.  Sponsors and Exhibitors are invited to showcase their booths and displays daily, from Wednesday, September 23 through Friday, September 25.  

We offer different levels of event sponsorships that are available from $500-$3,000.  Contact us about additional Sponsorship Opportunities such as hosting the Honored Guest Dinner, the President's Welcome and Reception, All Conference Event and Break sponsorship.  Smaller donations and promotional items such as pens and portfolios, and raffle prizes are welcome as well. This is a great way to highlight your services in front of attendees from around the state!

Promotional items are especially being sought for all levels of sponsorship. Items include conference bags, lanyards, pens, letter openers, water bottles, cups, or any company logo items. If you would like to Sponsor these items, please indicate so below, and a committee member will contact you with more information.

The conference is well attended by City Recorders, Finance Directors, and other municipal positions from around the state. They attend to learn, gather information about best practices, and network with their colleagues and exhibitors.  Your support is publicized to our membership in our education handbook, with signs posted at your Sponsored event and announcements throughout the conference.
