OAMR Bylaws Petition Policy
Bylaws amendments may be proposed by the OAMR Board, the Bylaws Committee, or by petition of the general membership.
OAMR Finance Policy
Applies to all OAMR members related expenses and to provide the OAMR Treasurer guidelines for payment of said expenses.
OAMR Expense Reimbursement Form
Submit form, along with itemized receipts within sixty (60) days of the expenditure or travel to the OAMR Treasurer.
OAMR E-Mail Policy
Familiarizes the Board and various Committee Chairs with the proper procedures for transferring and storing electronic files. A clear understanding of this policy will ensure a more effective transfer of files whether it is between Committee Chairs or Board Members.
OAMR Retiree Recognition Policy
Allows retirees to be active voting or associate member of OAMR at the time of retirement.
OAMR Records Management Policy
